1. What we collect

When you request a demo using the form on our website, we collect:

• your name
• your agency’s name
• your work email address
• your mobile number
• the number of active off-the-plan developments your agency has

We do not ask for anything else, and we only collect what you choose to type into the form.

2. How we use it

We use the details you give us to:

• respond to your demo request and arrange a time
• talk with you about Cadence and whether it suits your agency

We do not send newsletters or marketing emails unless you ask us to.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information.

3. How your request is handled

When you submit the form, your details are sent to us by email. Our website does not save them in a database. Your request is then kept in our business email account so we can follow it up.

4. Cookies and tracking

Our website does not use cookies, analytics, advertising or tracking tools of any kind. It does not load anything from other websites: its fonts, pictures and tour video are all served from the website itself. The tour video only downloads if you press play.

5. Services we use

We use these service providers to run the website. They handle your information only so we can deliver it to ourselves and keep the website running:

• Vercel hosts the website. Like most web hosts, it may record basic technical details of visits, such as IP address and browser type, for security and to keep the website working. Vercel is based in the United States.
• Resend delivers the email containing your demo request to us. Resend is based in the United States.
• Microsoft 365 provides our business email account, where your request is kept.

Because some of these providers are based overseas, your information may be stored or processed outside Australia. We use providers that apply strong security protections.

6. How long we keep it

We keep demo requests for as long as we need them to follow up with you, and for no more than 2 years after our last contact with you. After that, we delete them.

7. Disclosure

We only disclose your personal information:

• to the service providers listed in section 5, so the website works
• where required by Australian law, a court order or a government authority

8. Your rights

You can ask us to:

• give you a copy of the personal information we hold about you
• correct it if it is wrong or out of date
• delete it

We respond within 30 days and do not charge a fee. Contact us at info@cadencela.com.au.

If you believe we have breached the Australian Privacy Principles, please contact us first and we will try to resolve it within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at www.oaic.gov.au.

9. Children

Our website is intended for real estate professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
